Refund policy
As our products are perishable, all food sales are final. Fresh products are fragile and are therefore more likely to become damaged. Ching Han Guan Biscuits (CHG) takes every precaution in packaging our fragile items however, sometimes during shipping some breakage occurs. We are not responsible for breakage for any reasons.
In the event of any delay in delivery of the products, a refund or resend request can only be made if you do not receive the products in 14 days after the shipment.
If there is any other problem with your order, you may keep the product and Contact Us with your order number and details about your order.
