Shipping policy

We ship to all states in West and East Malaysia.
Shipping Fee:
West Malaysia - To be calculated by weight.
East Malaysia - To be calculated by weight.

Handling Fee:
A handling fee of 4% of total amount will be added at checkout as the partial cost of fulfilment process.

We will estimate the shipping charges on the checkout page.
Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. (Processing time may be longer than usual during peak season)

 Note: Due to the pandemic, it may take longer time than usual to deliver in certain areas.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the products however caused. In the event of delay in delivery, you may contact us and we will do our best to assist by liaising with the courier company.
